Our hours of operation are 7:30AM to 5:30PM Monday-Friday.

We are closed on Saturday & Sunday, and all statutory holidays, including Easter Monday, or any RRC Polytech Campus closures.

During July & August, we operated at reduced hours of 7:30AM-5:00PM.

The current fee is $10.00 per day for children 3 months to 6 years of age.

There are idle zones in both the South and East parking lots by Building A.

Please be mindful that these are not parking spots and never block a fire lane.

Your child will need:

A Lunch, Diapers or Pull-ups/wipes (if applicable), blanket or cuddly item for nap (if needed), extra changes of clothes (socks, shirt, pants, underwear, etc.), and appropriate outdoor clothes (Sun hat, jacket, boots, gloves, etc.)

Please label everything!

Parents are required to send lunch and two snacks for their children.

The Centre does not serve peanut butter or products containing any type of nuts or traces of nuts. This included almonds, coconut, walnut, pecan, etc. Please read all food labels carefully before sending items to the Centre. Any items that may contain nuts or traces of nuts will be sent home.

We offer a summer program through July & August for children aged 6-12 years of age.

Our toddler program is 18-24 months, and our preschool program is 2-5 years of age.

Please note, we take all enrolment from our waitlist and give priority to full time care.

Our waitlist is quite extensive currently.

We give priority to staff and students of RRC Polytech, but community members are welcome to apply.

We will contact you when a spot becomes available in our program. The wait time for a spot is approximately 2-3 years.

You remain active until a spot is offered to you or your child becomes too old for our program.

If you no longer need care, we ask that you contact the Executive Director, Samantha Henry at shenry37@rrc.ca and ask that your child be removed from our waitlist.
